Ownership, Managment & Staff thank you for you support & patronage. We have had an Amazing last 2 years & see no signs of slowing down now. The Entertainment Room looks great and will continue to hoast Lafayette's finest LIVE Music with its most recent renovation & stage lighting upgrades. The Main bar-room has maintained its original old world character. We will begin Spring of 2013 by doubling our Sidewalk Patio area, allowing our customers to enjoy the sights & sounds of our historic city, while sipping on a well crafted libation.
Our Team has been focused on continuous improvement with attention to the basics like, quality offerings of 20 wines available by-the-glass, 84 specialty, craft & import beers, & Lafayette's largest & finest selection of spirits. We strive to be friendliest place in Lafayette & understand that begins with a staff of properly trained bar professionals with positive attitudes. We will be launching a new Cocktail and Martini Menu this October 1st. I am very proud to say its the best we've ever had, with an emphasis on premium spirits & FRESH (Often Organic) mixers. Lastly I have made it my personal mission to ensure that " Indiana's Oldest Bar" survives into the next century by diligently focusing on every detail of the customers experience at the Knickerbocker. Solo Musician Needed
As you all know we feature live music 6 nights a week; why not make it 7? If your a solo musician and are interested in entertaining the guests of the Knickerbocker Saloon please contact Jeff Hamann at knickerbockersaloon@comcast.net. "Sound"
Indiana's Oldest Bar has been going through many changes; updating many things such as the entertainment room, bathrooms, kitchen, stages, etc... Many entertainers that play at the Knickerbocker Saloon comment that they wish that we had "House Sound" I would like to let all entertainers know that those requests are not falling on deaf ears. I am currently working with a well respected area sound company to provide sound for our larger shows, and also consulting with different vendors and sound technicians to start purchasing equipment of my own to install in the Knickerbocker. As any musician will know this is an extremely expensive endeavor and will take time to do this right. Looks like Speakers for the Bar room stage will be the first investment I will make.
